    I recently got my roof replaced by Prime Roofing. Raul was amazing to work with. I got several quotes, and Raul was the most thorough and knowledgeable. The actual install was extremely efficient and worked with my schedule. They were able to complete the project much faster than I expected.     Ladies and Gentlemen, I desperately need a new roof and contacted Prime Roofing for an estimate. I was contacted the following day and had a representative call and make an appointment for that afternoon to inspect my roof. I had a complete quote the following morning detailing what they found I needed and the quote was a complete listing of everything they would do to address my issues. They went so far as to quote my home and garage separately. I approved the quote as it was highly competitive and was complete. Then their team took over and did an excellent job of stripping the old shingles and installing high quality shingles on both the house and garage. We couldn't be happier with their service, quality of work, clean up and after job follow-up to ensure I was satisfied. I could not be happier with the entire and process.     Prime Roofing did an excellent Job replacing all the gutters, downspouts and leaf guards for my entire home in Bayside. Mitch and the team were wonderful communicators as I managed this effort from another state over the phone while away for work. This was a component of a larger remodel and Prime roofing worked well with the builder and other vendors to integrate install times with other existing work. The guys even came out twice because the carpenters were behind on a deck overhang. I will be recommending Prime roofing to friends and neighbors. You won't be disappointed in hiring them.     This company really did above and beyond; and I feel that actions of gratitude are not done often enough. Not only did they do what would be expected from a service, but the extra mile was definitely taken to make sure we got treated as prestige customers. The work turned out very high quality, the fine details were catered to, and they were also very efficient. No doubt I will hire them again. See more See less

    Out of 3 contractors i contracted Prime roofing did not only give me the lowest price but they were also very professional, on time, and was always responsive. They also completed the work in one day which was amazing. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Wish i could give more than 5 stars. See more See less

    These guys were great to work with! Very professional, excellent communication as far as scheduling, etc and they made an effort to get us in sooner than planned.     Hiring a contractor for a roofing job can be nerve racking. You want a quality job at a reasonable price. A few of the contractors I contacted didn’t even show up for the estimate. Working with Prime Roofing was a breeze. The communication through out the process was great. They showed up when they said they would. The crew worked together well and put in a long day to get everything done. The clean up was outstanding. They did a thorough job to get all the nails and mess cleaned up.     Prime Roofing really did a great job for me. From start to finish these guys really came through. I had a quck response to my inquiry for a contractor, they came way out to my Cabin in the woods, the Buffalo Ranch, about 3/4 mile off of the paved road. With a favorable estimate, I had Prime Roofing come out to do the job. The crews were out to the cabin in a couple of days. They worked through the Memorial Day holiday, and the job was completed in about 2 days. They did a complete tearoff, and had a mess with the garage roof which was really rotted away, and some garage rafters needed repairs, which Prime Roofing did. The site looks neat and tidy, all debris are gone, the yard looks clear and clean, as good as it ever gets here anyway. I highly recommend Prime Roofing, I have had two other contractors at my home, the 1st put a metal roof on and did such a poor job I had it removed, then had another contractor shingle the roof, the 2nd guys really tore things up and my house is still screwed up from these other guys. I have another property that I roofed myself 20yrs ago, it is due for new shingles, I will definitely have Prime Roofing come out for my next roofing job See more See less

    I went with Prime Roofing because they were reasonably priced, very responsive, and kept in touch with me as to what was going on. I had a few estimates and Prime Roofing uses the same brand materials the other roofing businesses go with but as I said earlier more reasonably priced! Prime Roofing was extremely fair in price and we got to pick our own shingles didn’t feel like we got forced into anything. Every aspect of this project was delivered on time and with exceptional service, from the initial sales contact through completion of the project.
